• Conduct competency assessments of all employees in jobs covered by CLIENT Competency Process using objective, structured process.
• Analyze skills gaps and prepare Individual Development Plans for all employees assessed during the competency management process.
• Identify training needs of individuals and the large groups of individuals covered by the competency assessment process.
